ATRI -My Dear Moments- TV Anime Introduces Main Heroine Atri in Character PV

The official website for ATRI -My Dear Moments-, an upcoming TV anime adaptation of the visual novel developed by Frontwing and Makura and published by ANIPLEX.EXE, has posted a new character promo video introducing the main heroine, Atri (CV: Hikaru Akao).The site describes Atri: “Her age is unknown. She is an elaborate and expressive robot girl that Natsuki salvaged from the bottom of the sea in a submersible. She wishes to fulfill the ‘final order’ given to her by her original master, Natsuo’s grandmother, Dr. Nonoko Yachigusa, but she has lost some of her memories because she has been asleep for a long time. Her favorite saying is “I’m high performance!”

The TV anime ATRI -My Dear Moments-, is set to premiere in Japan on July 13, 2024. Makoto Kato (Fanfare of Adolescence) serves as director. alongside series composition writer Jukki Hanada (Love Live!) and character designs/ chief animation director Michio Sato (IDOLiSH7). TROYCA (OVERTAKE!) works on anime production.The synopsis on the anime’s official website reads as follow:

In the near future, much of the earth’s surface has sunk into the sea due to an unexplained rise in sea level. Natsuki Ikaruga, a boy who lost one of his legs in a childhood accident, has given up city life and moved to a country town by the sea.He no longer had any family or relatives. All he has left is a boat and a submersible of his grandmother, who was a who was a marine geologist, and a debt. In order to recover his “lost future,” Natsuki dives into an undersea warehouse where his grandmother’s legacy is said to lie. There, he finds a mysterious girl named Atri sleeping inside a coffin-like device. She is a robot so elaborate and full of emotion that she could pass for human.

Salvaged from the ocean floor, Atri says, “I want to fulfill the last order left by the Master. Until then, I will be Natsuki-san’s leg!
