The story of Hajime Isayama’s Attack on Titan series is heading to the stage in style in ATTACK on TITAN: The Musical, and four performances are officially lined up for New York City this October. Ahead of that, Crunchyroll is offering an exclusive presale, giving fans a chance to score tickets in advance using a special code. Based on the manga by Hajime Isayama and its anime adaptation, ATTACK on TITAN: The Musical will be performed with a mix of conventional musical theater techniques and state-of-the-art technology. Breakdance world champion Go Ueki (HYPNOSISMIC -Division Rap Battle) directs the musical adaptation, which premiered with sold out runs in Osaka and Tokyo in January 2023. Known in Japan as Shingeki no Kyojin, many years ago, the last remnants of humanity were forced to retreat behind the towering walls of a fortified city to escape the massive, man-eating Titans that roamed the land outside their fortress. Only the heroic members of the Scouting Legion dared to stray beyond the safety of the walls – but even those brave warriors seldom returned alive.
