BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI- has scored the hearts of fans of the series in Japan with the anime film passing 1.6 billion yen (US$10.16 million) in Japanese theaters since its release April 19, according to Mantan Web. Continuing its success, a new clip from the movie was released alongside details of more theatrical gifts that will be given out to filmgoers.Warning, the clip and gifts may contain small spoilers for the film. 

The latest BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI- theatrical gifts include two rounds of stickers starting May 31. Both will feature the boys as they appear in the Additional Time! shorts shown after the film in the first four weeks. The first round will feature Nagi, Mikage and Ego while the second round will feature Karasu, Otoya, Yukimiya and Kurona.

Based on the award-winning manga by Muneyuki Kaneshiro and Yusuke Nomura, Tetsuaki Watanabe (Haikyu!! episode director) directed the BLUE LOCK TV anime with assistant direction from Shunsuke Ishikawa (Sword Art Online Alicization episode director) at studio Eightbit (That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime). Ishikawa acts as director for the -EPISODE NAGI- movie, with character designs by Yusuke Nomura, Screenplay/Composition by Taku Kishimoto and music by Jun Maruyama.BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI- was released in Japan on April 19. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will release the film starting June 28 with the North American release, and in other select international regions in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa at a later date. The movie is described as such:

“That’s a hassle.” That was second-year high schooler Nagi Seishiro’s favorite phrase as he lived his dull life. Until Mikage Reo, a classmate who dreamed of winning the World Cup, discovered Nagi’s hidden skill, inspiring him to play soccer and share his outstanding talent.
