Pikachu may be the mascot of the Pokémon franchise, but everyone loves an Eevee and their Eevee-lutions! Case in point, a tasty teatime collaboration in conjunction with Best Bridal, offering an Eevee-inspired menu of sweet and savory finger foods.
Eevee Friends Afternoon Tea will offer up a fancy selection of treats, each inspired by one of the fan-favorite ‘mons. Tea stacks will include seven types of sweets. Pictured below are blueberry and blackcurrant cheesecake bites for Espeon, green apple mousse for Leafeon, a cool Vaporeon-inspired jelly, and grassland Pokéball brownies:
Savories include a Flareon-inspired potato and shrump curry bruschetta, blackened arancini for Umbreon, and consommé royale with cool blue jelly for Glaceon:
Visitors can enjoy free refills of coffee, tea, soda and juice. Or, for something fancier, check out the drinks menu—including an Eevee-style frappé, floral soda, and latte art:
The Eevee Friends Afternoon Tea event will run between July and September at 11 hotels and bridal shops in nine cities across Japan.
