It’s been 35 years since Fushigi Yugi creator Yuu Watase made her debut as an artist. To celebrate this momentous occasion, a large-scale art exhibition centered around her most iconic work will debut this summer.
Yuu Watase World: Fushigi Yugi Exhibition will feature work by Watase from across the last 35 years, from her debut to the present. A poster for the event has also been unveiled:
More information on the event will be available as time goes on, but we do know that exclusive goods will be available at the exhibition.
The event is scheduled to run August 9-21 in the 7th floor event space of Tokyo’s SEIBU Shibuya department store, building A.
