We just have a couple days to go before the broadcast and streaming debut of Kaiju No. 8 episode 6, so it’s time to look ahead to the addition of a new voice actor. The latest to join the cast is Makoto Furukawa (Taiju Oki in Dr. STONE), who will voice Defense Force Third Division Platoon Leader Ryo Ikaruga. Based on the hit manga by Naoya Matsumoto, Shigeyuki Miya and Tomomi Kamiya direct Kaiju No. 8 at studio Production I.G, with series composition by Ichiro Okouchi (Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury), character designs by Tetsuya Nishio (Naruto) and music by Yuta Bando (BELLE).Crunchyroll is streaming the series as it airs in Japan and describes the story:
