The official website for ONE PIECE EMOTION, an upcoming event to celebrate the One Piece anime’s 25th anniversary, is updated with a key visual today on May 13. According to the event’s official Twitter, the concept of the visual are “The process of turning a key animation drawing into animation” and “the growth of the protagonist, Monkey D. Luffy.”
ONE PIECE EMOTION is a special event that looks back on the 25-year history of the TV anime, focusing on the Wano Country Arc and Egghead Arc, from various angles, including pictures, sounds, and voices. At the venue, there will be a section where visitors can experience voice acting in the anime, and a variety of drawing materials that will reveal the production side of anime will be on display. Additionally, there is also a section where you can meet Dr. Vegapunk.
ONE PIECE EMOTION is schedule to be held at Triangle Square, Shinjuku Sumitomo Building in Tokyo from August 12 to September 1, 2024. Advance tickets will go on sale at Rakuten Ticket from May 18 to August 11. In addition to general tickets, a limited edition ticket that comes with a “Gear 5” Luffy world collectible figure will also be available.
