Aniplex launched the pilot episode today of Aniplex After Hours on their official YouTube channel, in a new series that seeks to go behind the scenes of Aniplex series and talk with the creatives behind your favorite anime. Sally Amaki, who voiced Carol Olston in Tomo-chan Is a Girl!, hosts the new show.The first episode features producer Sota Furuhashi, a producer for MASHLE: MAGIC AND MUSCLES and Solo Leveling, to talk about how he got into the anime industry, how he balanced the original Korean aspects of the Solo Leveling story, why the “Bling-Bang-Bang-Born” from MASHLE Season 2 became so popular, and more! The first episode also includes a special look at the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba 5th anniversary event held in Japan, with Aleks Le (voice of Zenitsu) and Abby Trott (voice of Nezuko) checking out the event.
