Atsuhi Ohkubo’s Soul Eater manga, which was officially serialized in the June 2004 issue of Monthly Shonen Gangan magazine after three prologue chapters, turns 20 years old this year! To celebrate, the series is holding a large-scale art exhibition at Tokyo’s Space Galleria from August 23 to September 23 and at Osaka’s Space Gratus from October 25 to November 25.
A special video featuring the voices of Chiaki Omigawa and Koki Uchiyama, who played Maka and Soul in the 2008 anime adaptation, was released alongside a teaser visual. Additional details about the event’s displays and merchandise will be revealed at a later date.
