The fourth episode of the Kaiju No. 8 anime marked the debut of Kaiju No. 9 in both monster form and the human form of Takamichi Hotaka. With that comes the announcement of their respective voice cast members. Hiroyuki Yoshino (Present Mic in My Hero Academia) voices Kaiju No. 9 and Tomokazu Sugita (Gintoki in Gintama) voices Takamichi Hotaka. You can see their designs below.
