The five Nakano sisters will return once more in an anime original The Quintessential Quintuplets story. Unveiled at the 5th-anniversary anime celebrations today in Yokohama, The Quintessential Quintuplets ＊, the newest anime will be supervised by Negi Haruba from his original storyline and follow Uesugi and the Nakano sister in a honeymoon arc.
A logo for the upcoming anime production was also shown off.
Alongside the new anime, a light novel following the Nakano sister’s daily life was also announced. The light novel will be written by Hajime Asano (Mayo Chiki! creator) and will also under the supervision of manga creator Haruba.
No date, staff or even format for The Quintessential Quintuplets ＊ was confirmed at the event.
Both seasons of The Quintessential Quintuplets TV anime along with the concluding film are currently streaming on Crunchyroll, which describes the series as such:
