The official YouTube channel for singer Hana Hope began streaming a music video for her new CD single song “Tabi no Yukue” (The Destination of the Journey), set to release in Japan on May 29. The song was newly written as the opening theme for the spring 2024 TV anime Spice and Wolf: MERCHANT MEETS THE WISE WOLF and the title tune has already been available on digital services.

“I was honestly happy to be able to work with a series with a long history,” Hope said about the song. “Since it is the opening of a story, I tried my best to make the content exciting. I hope the opening song will lift your feelings. Please enjoy watching the song while anticipating the ‘destination of the journey,’ which is also the title of the song. It may be even more exciting to watch it with a tail and ears!”Hana Hope released her major debut single “Sentiment / Your Song” from Sony Music in February 2022, when she was 17. Her previous song, “Kieru made” (Until it disappears), was featured as the opening theme for the TV in the fall 2023 anime The Kingdom of Ruin.
