BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI-, an upcoming theatrical anime film based on the hot-blooded soccer sports manga, has published a new trailer ahead of the film’s Japanese release on April 19, 2024. Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment will screen the film in North America beginning on June 28, 2024, with other international regions to follow at a later date.
The original BLUE LOCK manga is written by Muneyuki Kaneshiro, illustrated by Yusuke Nomura, and serialized in Japan by Kodansha in their Weekly Shonen Magazine publication. An English language version is also available from Kodansha USA. Shunsuke Ishikawa directs BLUE LOCK THE MOVIE -EPISODE NAGI- at animation studio Eightbit. Crunchyroll currently streams the BLUE LOCK TV anime.

One day, he receives an invitation to the mysterious BLUE LOCK Project. What awaits him there is an encounter with the finest strikers assembled from across the country.
