On September 20, the Transformers film series will be doing something a little different. Transformers One is a new CG-animated film that explores the origin of Optimus Prime and some of the other key Autobots, with Chris Hemsworth in the lead as Optimus Prime, back when he was just known as Orion Pax. It all starts with an introduction from Hemsworth and co-star Brian Tyree Henry, who voices Megatron when he was known as D-16. Other cast members include Keegan-Michael Key as Bumblebee, Jon Hamm as Sentinel Prime, Scarlett Johansson as Elita and Laurence Fishburne as Alpha Trion. Check out the latest look at the film—which is directed by Josh Cooley (Toy Story 4) and written by Andrew Barrer and Gabriel Ferrari (Ant-Man and the Wasp)—below.
