The official YouTube channel for singer/voice actor Rin Kurusu has started streaming a music video for her second CD single song, “Believer.”Kurusu was a former member of Japanese idol group 26-Ji No Masquerade. After the group broke up in October 2022, she made her solo singer debut from Bandai Namco Music Live’s label Lantis with her first CD single “I wish” in May 2023. The song was featured as the opening theme for the spring 2023 TV anime KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World, in which she also made her voice acting debur as the role of one of its main characters, Sian.”Believer” is now featured as the ending theme for the latest third season of the TV anime That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime. In a recent interview with Crank-In, she said about the song, “Since I have always loved ‘Tensura,’ I would like to help bring excitement to the third season through music. The ending theme song ‘Believer’ is one of my songs that is more honest and unpretentious, so I sang it with the hope of directly delivering the positive message of the lyrics to everyone, and I feel that there is a link with the main character, Rimuru.”The CD single of “Believer” is set to release in Japan on May 22. Ahead of the CD release, the title tune released digitally on April 6.
