The official YouTube channel for voice actor/singer Nana Mizuki has started streaming a music video for her latest 42nd CD single song, “ADRENALIZED.” The song, whose lyrics were written by herself, is now featured as the opening theme for the spring 2024 TV anime HIGHSPEED Étoile, in which she is also cast as one of its main characters, Alice Summerwood. Mizuki described the song on her blog’s April 6 entry: “It is a cheer digital rock song (laughs) in the typical Mizuki style, with a melody and lyrics that condenses the elation and tension of facing a race, and the indomitable spirit and dynamism to keep moving forward despite the struggle in a new environment. A perfect song for a new life. Please listen to it a lot!”The music video was filmed in a special area at Fuji Speedway, one of the most famous racing circuits in Japan, as it is the theme song of an anime about car racing.

As her first CD single in two and a half years since her previous 41st single “Get up! Shout!” in October 2021, “ADRENALIZED” will release in Japan on April 24, 2024. Prior to the CD release, the title tune released digitally first on April 6.
