The official YouTube channel for singer-songwriter Takaya Kawasaki has started streaming a music video for his latest digital single song released on April 3, “Stardust Memory.” The song is now featured as the opening theme for the spring 2024 TV anime BARTENDER Glass of God and this is the first time that he has provided a theme song for an anime series.Kawasaki commented on the song: “No one knows the story beyond the door, not even myself. Amidst a mixture of hope and fear, they are simply searching for a moment of peace and a place where they can feel nostalgic. I depicted such a scene.”The music video, directed by Toru Nomura (Ulfuls, Mrs. GREEN APPLE, DISH//), was shot in a cold rainstorm. Kawasaki said, “With a good sense of tension because of the one-shot style, I think we were able to shoot a good video as a team, with all the staff who worked hard together while feeling colder than I was. I hope everyone enjoys the video!”
