First, Fuji TV’s Tousouchuu live-action game show inspired an anime adaptation, and now Run for the Money: The Great Mission is coming to Nintendo Switch. D3 Publisher recently announced plans for a game adaptation, which will follow the basic rules of the show that has players taking on the role of fugitives in an attempt to avoid hunters for a chance at big prizes.The Switch version of Run for the Money—which is set to launch in Japan on July 4, 2024—includes eight characters from the anime that will act as support. Following up on the initial announcement, D3 Publisher shared the first trailer showing the game adaptation in action.
