Travel back to Paldea in the latest trailer for Pokémon Horizons! The new video gives us a fresh look into the upcoming Terastal Debut arc, as well as previewing one of the show’s brand new theme songs.
Performing the opening theme, titled “Will,” is K-pop group IVE. Check out a sample in the trailer:
The ending theme for the new arc, titled “Let me battle,” will be performed by 9Lana and produced by Giga & TeddyLoid. 9Lana was recently featured as a vocalist in Urusei Yatsura’s season 2 ending theme “Raizakura.”
The newest Pokémon anime, titled Pokémon Horizons: The Series in the West, features the first new protagonists in the history of the franchise and started in Japan on April 14, 2023, with Saori Den directing at OLM.
The series premiered in English in the UK in December 2023 on BBC iPlayer and in North America on Netflix on March 7, 2024, with the first 12 episodes. No date for the next batch has been confirmed.
