During the My Hero Academia stage event at AnimeJapan 2024, a brand new trailer for the upcoming seventh season of the anime was released, featuring the new opening theme from TK from Ling tosite sigure.

As previously reported, four recap specials titled My Hero Academia Memories will air April 6, 13, 20 and 27, with new episodes of Season 7 beginning May 4.Series director Kenji Nagasaki will act as Chief Director for Season 7, with Naomi Nakayama in the director’s chair at studio BONES. Yusuke Kuroda will continue to handle series composition/scripts, with Yoshihiko Umakoshi and Hitomi Odashima on character designs, and Yuki Hayashi on music.Alongside the seventh season, the fourth original film titled My Hero Academia The Movie: You’re Next is scheduled for an August 2 release in Japan.Crunchyroll streams the collection of anime episodes, specials, movies and more from the franchise, and describes the series as such:
