Anime fans will head to the lanes of Nagano in 2025 with the cute girls of the original bowling anime Turkey! The upcoming production released the first teaser trailer for the series today, confirming a scheduled 2025 broadcast.
The Turkey! anime project is spearheaded by Pony Canyon and Tatsunoko Production’s label BAKKEN RECORD. The anime will be set in Chikuma City, Nagano Prefecture, with a story by live-action drama writer Naomi Hiruta with character designs from Airi Takekawa (“Ippon” Again!). The music will be produced by Pony Canyon with the animation produced at BAKKEN RECORD.The previously announced cast members for the anime include Hana Hishikawa, Kana Ichinose, Haruki Iwata and Yuki Tenma. The anime project was originally announced in December 2022.
