Wistoria: Wand and Sword, an upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy manga of the same name, has revealed a new “action visual” (below) for the main character, Will Serfort. The series will broadcast in Japan beginning in July 2024, and it will also stream on Crunchyroll as part of the summer 2024 anime simulcast lineup.

The original Wistoria: Wand and Sword manga is written by Fujino Omori, illustrated by Toshi Aoi, and serialized in Japan by Kodansha in their Bessatsu Shonen Magazine publication. An English language version is also available from Kodansha USA. Tatsuya Yoshihara writes and directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studios Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures.
