Ahead of Season 2’s July 10 premiere in Japan, the official website and accounts for the Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World anime celebrated Tanabata with a cute couple illustration, while also announcing the casting of Rie Takahashi (Emilia in Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World-) as Vichyssoise Alek Hydra.

Based on the light novels by Kei Sazane and Ao Nekonabe, Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World Season 2 is directed by Yuki Inaba (KamiKatsu: Working for God in a Godless World) at Studio Pallet and SILVER LINK., with series composition by Shunsuke Ishikawa, character designs by Kaori Yoshikawa and music by Elements Garden.
Crunchyroll streams the first season and will simulcast the second. Yen Press publishes the original light novels and describes the story:
