Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- Anime Season 2 Announced for Fall 2025 [UPDATED]

Updated: May 9, 2024: Added main cast information to the article which was announced on May 1.The official Twitter account for the Kakuriyo -Bed & Breakfast for Spirits- series announced today that a second season is officially in production. A new teaser visual was released to celebrate the announcement, alongside the news that the new season is scheduled to premiere in fall 2025. The official account also confirmed on May 1 three members of the main cast, including:

Aoi Tsubaki voiced by Nao Toyama

Odanna voiced by Katsuyuki Konishi

Ginji voiced by Shunichi Toki

News about other cast and staff was not announced at the time of reporting.

Midori Yuna, the original author for the series, also posted a celebration illustration on their Twitter account following the announcement.

The original light novel series, written by Midori Yuma and illustrated by Laruha, first released in 2015 with 12 volumes released in Japan to date. A manga adaptation, illustrated by Waco Ioka, began in 2016 with 10 volumes released in Japan. VIZ Media releases the English version of the manga by Waco Ioka. A new manga adaptation illustrated by Tsugaru Toba began in January 2023. Yoshiko Okuda directed the first season of the anime at studio Gonzo, with Tomoko Kanparu handling the series composition, Yoko Sato on character design and Takuro Iga handling the music.
