Clean cover for Awajima Hyakkei’s fifth and final volume
Takako Shimura, who is also the creator of the Sweet Blue Flowers and Wandering Son mange series’, launched Awajima Hyakkei on Ohta Comic’s previous web manga platform Poko Poko in 2011 before moving to Ohta Web Comics in 2016. The series was released sporadically, finally ending on March 15, 2024, with 31 total chapters. The final few chapters will be collected into a fifth and final volume on May 15.
Awajima Hyakkei is set in the same world as Sweet Blue Flowers and follows the students of Awajima, a school based on the real-life Takarazuka Musical School, as they aim for the stage while navigating the drama and romance of being in an all-female theater troupe.
