The 25th anniversary of Eiichiro Oda’s One Piece continues in full force, and Toei Animation and Crunchyroll have teamed up to bring a once-in-a-lifetime experience to San Diego Comic-Con. On Saturday, July 27, fans will get a chance to see the One Piece 25th Anniversary: Symphonic Voyage concert in person, as the 40+ piece San Diego Symphony takes the stage to perform orchestral themes from the long-running anime series.The celebration of 25 years of One Piece will be full of iconic sounds with pyrotechnics lighting up the sky, and it all goes down at The Rady Shell at Jacobs Park. The live outdoor concert will be free to all San Diego Comic-Con badge holders, with space limited to a first-come, first-served basis.
From 5:00pm until an hour after the concert, fans will be able to take on the Gum-Gum Punch Challenge with Luffy, enjoy a photo opp with Nami and take a spin on Brook’s piano. Fans will also be able to get in on exclusive in-booth programming at the booths for Toei Animation (#3635) and Crunchyroll (#4135).Doors will open at 5:00pm on July 27, and fans are invited to line up starting at 4:00pm. Just look for Toei Animation and Crunchyroll team members, as well as signage to find your way to the general admission line, and hopefully we’ll see you there!
