Get ready to like, subscribe and hit the bell so you don’t miss MAYONAKA PUNCH, because the upcoming original anime announced with a brand-new trailer and visual today that the series will make its Japanese TV debut on July 8 at 22:30 JST.
As previewed below, the anime’s opening theme song, titled “Gimigimi”, will be performed by cast members Fairouz Ai (Live), Yuina Ito (Ichiko), Hina Yomiya (Fu), Hitomi Ueda (Tokage) and Ai Kayano (Yuki) as their respective characters, while Ikumi Hasegawa will do the same as Masaki to perform “Henshuten” for the ending theme.

With manga and novel adaptations also in the works, Shu Honma (Ya Boy Kongming!) directs MAYONAKA PUNCH at studio P.A. Works, with series composition by Hideaki Shirasaka and Tsukasa Kotobuki’s original character designs adapted for animation by Ryota Arima.
The series will follow Masaki, who was fired from her previous three-person NewTube channel after a “certain incident,” as she teams up with another girl named Live to start over. Together, they’re aiming for one million subscribers.
