Details are light on this one, but the title is anything but, as an anime adaptation has been revealed for the Shirobuta Kizoku desu ga Zense no Kioku ga Haeta node Hiyoko na Otouto Sodatemasu light novels. Yashiro’s series has a TV anime in the works according to publisher TO Books, but we’ll have to stay tuned for further information beyond that.The Shirobuta Kizoku desu ga Zense no Kioku ga Haeta node Hiyoko na Otouto Sodatemasu novels first kicked off via the Shosetsuka ni Naro site in August 2018, and this weekend will mark the launch of the 12th collected volume.There’s also a manga adaptation featuring the art of Yokowake. That series launched on TO Books’ Comic Corona manga site in September 2020, and has been collected in five volumes at the time of this writing.
The series follows Ageha, who is born into the world as the disliked son of a corrupt count. Ageha possesses all of the knowledge of his previous life, and learns that his half-brother Regulus will eventually attempt to kill him and take his title.
