The official YouTube channel for Sizuk, a music project by composer Shunryu, has started streaming a music video for the project’s 10th digital single song, “Para Bellum.” The dramatic tune featuring AYAME from Japanese rock band AliA as the vocalist is now used as the ending theme for the ongoing second season of the Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World TV anime. The clip features illustrations by redjuice, known for his character design and illustration works for the three-part Project Ito anime film series — The Empire of Corpses (2015), Harmony (2015) and Genocidal Organ (2017) — and also worked on the song’s digital jacket.

Shunryu, who is famous for his song works for popular idol groups including AKB48 and SKE48, launched the project Sizuk in December 2022 and has collaborated with various creators, providing theme songs for The Iceblade Sorcerer Shall Rule the World (2023), Tales of Wedding Rings (2024), and Fluffy Paradise (2024).”Para Bellum” released digitally on July 18 and is now available on digital services for streaming and download.

Following the first season in 2020, the second season of the TV anime adaptation of Kei Sazane’s romance fantasy light novel series Our Last Crusade or the Rise of a New World premiered in Japan on July 10, 2024, and its first two episodes are now available on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East and CIS.
