The next project for Orange—the anime studio behind Land of the Lustrous, BEASTARS and TRIGUN STAMPEDE—has been revealed as Leviathan. The adaptation of Scott Westerfeld’s novels is coming from Orange and Qubic Pictures, and it’s set to make its global Netflix debut sometime in 2025.Christophe Ferreira will direct Leviathan, with Justin Leach and Taiki Sakurai producing. In addition to music from Nobuko Toda (Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045) and Kazuma Jinnouchi (Metal Gear Solid 3 and 4, Halo 4 and 5), the series will feature an original song by Joe Hisaishi.
