Wistoria: Wand and Sword, an upcoming TV anime based on the fantasy manga of the same name, has revealed a new trailer (below), new cast members and new information about the official theme song performers for the show. The series will broadcast in Japan on the Tokyo Broadcasting System network beginning on July 7, 2024, and it will also stream on Crunchyroll as part of the summer 2024 anime simulcast lineup.

PENGUIN RESEARCH performs the opening theme for the series, which is entitled “Fire and Fear”. TRUE performs the ending theme for the series, which is entitled “Frozen”.The original Wistoria: Wand and Sword manga is written by Fujino Omori, illustrated by Toshi Aoi, and serialized in Japan by Kodansha in their Bessatsu Shonen Magazine publication. An English language version is also available from Kodansha USA. Tatsuya Yoshihara (Black Clover) writes and directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studios Actas and Bandai Namco Pictures. Sayaka Ono provides the character designs and Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia) provides the music.
