After initially announcing a 2024 broadcast last year, the official website and accounts for the upcoming Orb: On the Movements of the Earth anime gave its first full look at the historical drama series with a new teaser trailer and visual.The series will officially start in October 2024 with a Saturday at 23:45 JST timeslot on Japanese TV (a specific start date was not announced at the time of reporting. Uoto’s original Orb: On the Movements of the Earth manga was serialized in Shogakukan’s Weekly Big Comic Spirits from September 2020 to April 2022, for a total of eight volumes. Seven Seas Entertainment publishes an official English version of the manga and describes the story:
