Days with My Stepsister – a mixed media project that includes light novels, manga, a YouTube channel and an anime adaptation – has published a new trailer (below) and information about the official opening and ending themes for the series. The series will broadcast in Japan on AT-X, Sun TV, Kansai TV, TOKYO MX and BS11 beginning on July 4, 2024.
fhana performs the opening theme for the series, which is entitled “Tenshi-tachi no Uta” (“Angels’ Song”). Kitri performs the ending theme for the series, which is entitled “Suisou no Branco” (“Aquarium Swingset”). Both songs are highlighted in the new trailer above.
The original Days with My Stepsister light novels are written by Ghost Mikawa, illustrated by Hiten, and published in Japan by Media Factory under their MF Bunko J imprint. A manga adaptation with artwork by Yumika Kanade is published by Kadokawa Shoten in their Shonen Ace Plus manga magazine. Yen Press publishes English language versions of both the light novels and the manga.
Takehiro Ueno directs the TV anime at Studio DEEN. Matsutaka Hirota provides the series composition, Manabu Nii provides the character designs, and CITOCA provides the music.
