Ahead of an October 2024 broadcast, the official website and accounts for the Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles anime today unveiled a brand-new key visual for Season 2 and confirmed eight additional cast members.
It was also announced that “Auftakt” by Aguri Onishi and “Haru Machi Uta” by Nanaka Suwa will serve as the series’ opening and ending songs, respectively.

Based on the light novels by Yuri Kitayama and Riv, Hiroshi Kubo (Chio’s School Road episode director) directs Seirei Gensouki: Spirit Chronicles Season 2 at studios TMS Entertainment and WAO World, while Season 1 director Osamu Yamasaki steps into a supervising role and continues as series composer. Kyoko Yufu and Yasuyuki Yamazaki also return as character designer and music composer, respectively.
