After revealing a bunch of info last month, the TV anime adaptation of Ran Kuze’s Medaka Kuroiwa Is Impervious to My Charms rom-com manga announced that Sora Amamiya (Chizuru Ichinose in Rent-a-Girlfriend) will be voicing first-year star basketball player Asahi Shonan.
Alongside the announcement, a character trailer with Amamiya voice acting was released which features an updated character visual of Shonan and Mona Kawai.

Yoshiaki Okumura (The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made) directs Medaka Kuroiwa is Impervious to My Charms at studio SynergySP, with series composition by Kazuyuki Fudeyasu (Welcome to Demon School! Iruma-kun), character designs by Mayumi Watanabe (Taisho Otome Fairy Tale) and music by Akiyuki Tateyama (Laid-Back Camp). The series is set to premiere in 2025.
Kodansha USA publishes an official English version of the manga and describes the story as such:
