With the Nakano sisters set to return to the big screen in the advance screenings of The Quintessential Quintuplets＊ TV broadcast, the franchise announced last night that the final chapter anime film of the series, The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie, will be returning to Japanese theaters for one night only ahead of the theatrical screenings of the newest story.
The Quintessential Quintuplets Movie screenings will held on September 10 at 7 PM at Shinjuku Wald 9, T-Joy Umeda, T-Joy Hakata, United Cinemas Sapporo and 109 Cinemas Nagoya. A special set of 5 badges featuring all the Nakano siblings will be given out to everyone who attends the screenings. Tickets for the screenings go on sale on the theater’s websites on September 7 at midnight JST.
The Quintessential Quintuplets＊ will have a three-week run in Japanese theaters on September 20 before being screened on TV. The newest anime is directed and written by Masato Jinbo, who returns from the film, based on an original story by series creator Negi Haruba at Bibury Animation Studios.
