The official website and accounts for the Good Bye, Dragon Life TV anime released a third new trailer for the upcoming series today, featuring the opening theme song “Together Forever” by LUN8. The trailer additionally announced that EverdreaM will perform the ending theme song “Kimi to Mita Keshiki.”
Two additional cast members were also announced, including:

The original Good Bye, Dragon Life light novels are written by Hiroaki Nagashima, illustrated by Kisuke Ichimaru, and published in Japan by AlphaPolis with 24 volumes released in Japan to date. A manga adaptation by Kuroro also began in 2015, with 12 volumes released. Alpha Manga releases an English language version of the manga series.
Kenichi Nishida directs the TV anime adaptation at animation studios SynergySP and Vega Entertainment. Naokatsu Tsuda provides the series composition, Nozomi Kawashige provides the main character designs, and Saiki Tatsuhito and Hanae Nakamura provide the music.
Crunchyroll will stream the series when it premieres in October 2024, and describes the series:
Long ago, the most ancient of divine dragons was slain by a human. The mighty dragon accepted its death when suddenly, it was reborn as Dolan, a man who lives in a quiet village.
