The official YouTube channel for voice actor Aika Kobayashi, best known as Yoshiko Tsushima in the Love Live! Sunshine!! franchise, has started streaming a music video for “Lonely Flight,” the lead track from her second full album “Illumination Collection.”The music video takes place during a casual morning time in a commuter train ride, with Kobayashi playing the role of a conductor along with other cast members of high school girls, office workers, and housewives. Kobayashi said, “We produced this music video with the image that my music blends into everyone’s daily life, we can always connect with each other in the same world of feelings, and everyone is not alone. I hope many people will watch this music video that is filled with such feelings! Let’s connect the world!”

While performing as a member of the Love Live! Sunshine!! franchise’s voice actor unit, Aqours, Kobayashi released her first single as a solo singer from TOY’S FACTORY in February 2020, releasing three CD singles, three digital singles, and one full album from the company.Three years after the release of her first album “Gradation Collection” in June 2021, her second album “Illumination Collection” released in Japan on August 21, 2024. The 12-song album includes the lead track “Lonely Flight” produced by Q-MHz, “Breakthrough-Da!” with she playing shoulder keyboards, and “Can Can One One,” with she writing the lyrics herself.
