An official website and X (formerly Twitter) account opened today announced a brand-new original anime series produced by CyberAgent and CygamesPictures titled Apocalypse Hotel, which is scheduled to begin broadcasting in 2025.
A teaser visual and trailer were released, along with an initial list of staff members:
Original Character Designer: Izumi Takemoto
Series Composer: Shigeru Murakoshi (Ninja Kamui)
Opening Song: “skirt” by aiko (Insomniacs after school OP)
The visual’s tagline reads, “Sayonara, omotenashi” (“Goodbye, hospitality”).

The concept of Apocalypse Hotel is described like so:
Humanity has perished and civilization has collapsed on Planet Earth, yet one historic hotel in Ginza remains standing among a ruined town and a resurgence of nature. The story unfolds in a hotel where human beings no longer exist.
