The official YouTube channel for Japanese male singer Meychan started streaming a music video for his latest digital single song, “Shutter Chance” (“Photo Opportunity”) on August 27. The pop tune is now featured as the opening theme for the summer 2024 TV anime 2.5 Dimensional Seduction.

Meychan started online, posting his performance videos on Nico Nico Douga in 2011 when he was just 15 years old. In addition to Vocaloid and J-Pop covers, he is also actively posting his own original songs and his official YouTube channel has attracted 824,000 registered viewers. He made his major debut from EXIT TUNES in March 2017 and provided the ending theme for the winter 2023 TV anime HIGH CARD.”Shutter Chance” was released digitally on July 6, and is now available on digital services for streaming and download. The song is also included in his fourth original album “Yakisoba Pan” released on July 17.

Yu Hashimoto began serialization of the 2.5 Dimensional Seduction manga on Shonen Jump+ in 2019, with 20 volumes released in Japan to date. The TV anime adaptation premiered in Japan on July 5, with Hideki Okamoto directing at J.C.Staff. The series currently streams on HIDIVE
