The magical girls of Wonderful Precure! are about to enter a digital world—but they aren’t alone! Two guest stars have been announced for the upcoming Wonderful Precure! The Movie, populating both the real and video game settings of the film.
Kana Hanazawa (Ichika Nakano in The Quintessential Quintuplets) will play Natsuki. This young genius game designer created the video game in which Precure find themselves in the film. This marks Hanazawa’s second guest role in a Precure film: she also appeared as Princess Pampururu in 2015’s Go! Princess Precure the Movie: Go! Go!! Gorgeous Triple Feature!!!
Kenta Miyake (All Might in My Hero Academia) will be taking on the role of Mujina, a tanuki boss in the movie’s central video game. In his statement to the fans, Miyake added: “A dog and cat Precure have appeared for the first time in this series; and a new ‘wonderful’ development will appear on the big screen!”
The 33rd Precure feature film, Wonderful Precure! The Movie! Dokidoki ♡Game no Sekai de Daibouken! is set to open in Japan on September 13, 2024. As reported, two teams from the past Precure franchise — the 13th series, Witchy PreCure!, and 20th series, Soaring Sky! Precure, — will join forces with the Wonderful Precure! team.
