Cultural Exchange with Game Center Girl, a “heartwarming comedy” manga by Hirokazu Yasuhara, is being adapted into an anime. Aside from the celebratory artwork below, at the time of this writing no further details (such as the staff, the cast, the format, or the release date) have yet been revealed for the anime adaptation.
The original Cultural Exchange with Game Center Girl manga is serialized on the Nico Nico Manga website, and Kadokawa has also published eight collected volumes for the series in Japan. The story follows Renji Kusakabe, a young man who works part time at a game center arcade. One day, Renji encounters an English girl named Lily, and the two of them trade diaries and begin an unlikely friendship of cultural exchange…
