The announcement of Classroom of the Elite Season 4 isn’t the only exciting sequel news to come out of MF Bunko J Summer School Festival 2024 today! A second main trailer just released for Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- Season 3 confirmed a Japanese broadcast date and the casting of Aoi Yuki (Tanya in Saga of Tanya the Evil) as Capella Emerada Lugnica.
The latest series will run for a total of 16 episodes from October 2, commencing with a 90-minute special. The “Attack Arc” will take up the first eight episodes before the “Counterattack Arc” for the final eight from February 5, 2025.
A visual collating four Sin Archbishops of the Witch Cult and a character design for the representative of lust was also unveiled, and ending song “NOX LUX” by MYTH & ROID is previewed in the trailer below.

Based on the light novels by Tappei Nagatsuki, the first two seasons of Re:ZERO -Starting Life in Another World- were directed by Masaharu Watanabe at studio White Fox and starred Yusuke Kobayashi (Senku in Dr. STONE) as Subaru. Masahiro Shinohara directs the upcoming third season.
