The official website for the upcoming TV anime adaptation of Hiroaki Nagashima’s fantasy light novel series Good Bye, Dragon Life announced today that the anime will premiere in Japan on October 10, 2024. Additionally, the site announced two more voice cast members of the roles of “God” who knew the main character Dolan before his reincarnation — Hisako Kanemoto as Mylal and Ruri Asano, a ninja-type VTuber voice actor, as Karavis.

The site also began streaming a new TV commercial featuring the ending theme song “Kimi to Mita Keshiki” (“The view I saw with you”) performed by the two-member rock vocal unit EverdreaM. EverdreaM’s Misato Matsuoka and Hitomi Sekine are also cast in the anime as Leticia and Celina, respectively. As their third CD single, “Kimi to Mita Keshiki” is set to release in Japan on November 27, 2024.

The original Good Bye, Dragon Life light novels are written by Hiroaki Nagashima, illustrated by Kisuke Ichimaru, and published in Japan by AlphaPolis with 24 volumes released in Japan to date. A manga adaptation by Kuroro also began in 2015, with 12 volumes released. Alpha Manga releases an English language version of the manga series.As previously announced, the anime will also be available on Crunchyroll for members in North America, Central America, South America, Europe, Africa, Oceania, the Middle East, CIS and Indian subcontinent.Crunchyroll describes Good Bye, Dragon Life as such:
