The official YouTube channel for Japanese loud rock female idol group PassCode has started streaming a music video for their new CD single song, “WILLSHINE.” The fast-paced song is now featured as the opening theme for the ongoing second season of the TV anime SHY.The group commented on the song on the anime’s official website:
The words in the story, “No hero can save everyone…but they must not stand still,” and “Hold on to the brightness that you were able to save and carry forward the brightness that you were not able to save,” seem to overlap with PassCode, which has repeatedly met and parted with many people, and has been troubled and regretful, but still has chosen to stand on stage to “be a reason for someone else to live tomorrow.”
PassCode would like to be a kind and strong hero along with Shy, who is struggling day by day, but is loved and grows up by the people around him!
