Aniplex Online Fest 2024 brought a slew of brand-new announcements, including that Nana Ootori and Satsuki’s light novel series May I Ask for One Final Thing? will receive an anime adaptation. Additionally, Crunchyroll is announcing today that the anime will stream on the platform when it premieres in the future.

Kazuya Sakamoto is attached to direct the series at LIDENFILMS, with LIDENFILMS Kyoto Studio acting as the main production studio. Deko Akao will handle the series composition, alongside Eriko Haga on character designs, Hinako Tsubakiyama on music, and Satoshi Motoyama acting as Sound Director. Asami Seto is also cast as the main character Scarlet El Vandmion. The original light novel by Ootori and illustrated by Satsuki began in 2018, with four volumes released in Japan to date. A manga adaptation by Sora Hoonoki began in 2020, with eight volumes released in Japan to date. Alpha Manga currently releases an English version of the manga and describes the series:
