Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku, an upcoming TV anime based on the suspenseful mahjong manga, has revealed a new trailer, new key art (below), and three new cast additions. The series will broadcast in Japan beginning on October 4, 2024.
The new cast members include:

Akita Shoten serializes the original Tohai manga by Koji Shinasaka in its Young Champion seinen manga magazine. Jun Hatori directs the Tohai – Ura Rate Mahjong Tohai Roku TV anime at animation studio EAST FISH STUDIO. Mariko Kunisawa provides the series composition, Sayaka Anezaki provides the character designs, and Yusuke Shirato and Yuki Kishida provide the music.
