This year, two giants (of different sizes) are celebrating major anniversaries! The anime adaptation of volleyball anime Haikyu!! turns 10, while the Godzilla film franchise turns 70. So, naturally, it’s time to celebrate together!The first of what promises to be a series of collab visuals was released today. Both Godzilla and Chibi Godzilla are getting in on the action, as seen in the art above. As time goes on, monsters from across the Godzilla films (both regular and chibi-fied) will appear alongside other Haikyu!! stars.
Haruichi Furudate published the original Haikyu!! manga series in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump from 2012 to 2020 for a total of 45 volumes.
