LEVEL-5 Announces New Game Projects, Release Windows and Delays

LEVEL-5 held its LEVEL-5 Vision 2024 event today, and there were plenty of announcements to go along with it. In addition to a new trailer for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, LEVEL-5 shared some new game announcements—including its biggest cross-media project yet in Holy Horror Mansion—and some updated release dates and delays for previously-revealed projects.First up, the trailer for Professor Layton and the New World of Steam, which is coming to Nintendo Switch sometime in 2025.

In terms of new projects, LEVEL-5 is already calling “Ghost Craft RPG” Holy Horror Mansion the company’s largest cross-media project to date. With the theme of family at its core, this one will have more to show during a future cross-media showcase in spring 2025. In the meantime, here’s the teaser trailer:

The Inazuma Eleven series continues with Inazuma Eleven RE, which is actually a remake of the first game. The remake is due out for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and PC via Steam in 2026. 

A new release date trailer was revealed for FANTASY LIFE i: The Girl Who Steals Time, which is now set to launch in April 2025.

There’s also a release window for a big Megaton Musashi W: Wired update, which will introduce the Megarobo Batroseum and some majorly hot-blooded classic anime characters this November. Among them are Ryoma Nagare from Getter Robo, Duke Fleed from UFO Robot Grendizer and Koji Kabuto from Mazinger Z. 

A couple of delays were mentioned, as well. Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road—which is in the works for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, PC (Steam), iOS and Android—has been moved from 2024 to June 2025. 

DECAPOLICE was previously planned for 2024 but will now launch in 2026. On the bright side, LEVEL-5 is adding a PC version on top of the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch releases. You can see a new trailer featuring the theme song, which has MARIA (GARNiDELiA) performing “City of Love,” with lyrics by Akihiro Hino and music and arrangement by Rei Kondoh.
