Simultaneously with the broadcast of the final 12 episodes in Japan, an anime music video for “Itsumo Futari ga Iine” (“It’s good that the two of us are always together’), the ending theme song for the TV anime The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies, was posted on avex picture’s official YouTube channel. The song was performed by the anime’s two main characters — Mira (voiced by Yuki Ono) and Byakuya Mimori (by Mai Nakahara), and the video is composed of memorable scenes from the anime story.

The TV anime adaptation of Cocoa Fujiwara’s romantic comedy fantasy manga series The Magical Girl and the Evil Lieutenant Used to Be Archenemies aired for 12 episodes July 9 to September 24, 2024. Yen Press has started releasing the manga’s English language version in August 2024.
